LIFE STYLE 3 Flowers & Food

Edible flowers return for every day. They can be collected in the wild or in the garden.
Raw, they decorate plates and dishes. By their shapes and various colors, they provide a visual delight and gently scent the vegetables.

The flowers that are eaten raw are added as late as possible in the dish to preserve their color and freshness.

Cooked they marry with the ingredients for making savory and sweet dishes (desserts, creams, sorbets, ice creams, desserts, jellies, cookies, pastries, cakes, breads, syrups, liqueurs, wines and flavored vinegar, preserves, jams, jellies, ...). Some are used as condiments.

What flowers consume? It is essential to choose only varieties of edible flowers: violets, lavender, roses, zucchini flowers, nasturtium buttons (with a slight taste of peppery capers), geraniums, primroses, blueberries, hyacinths, dandelions, lilac, thoughts untreated flowers (Choose flowers picked from the plants pushed without chemical fertilizers or pesticides, in the least exposed to pollution and away from busy roads places!).
