Aesthetic,
ecological, and providing a pleasant living environment, we seek increasingly
to combine plants and architecture. Vegetated roofs or facades, the
introduction of plants in our homes provides many benefits and these
compositions may be very original.
The green roofs
It is not a
novelty, the roofs of some Viking villages were already covered with
vegetation. The technique involves placing a plant substrate on a flat roof or
low slope. In addition to aesthetics, they provide many benefits as a good
sound and heat insulation, and regulate rainwater.

The green
walls
Walking
through the streets of major cities, we discover more and more fronts teeming
greenery, rooftops crowned by a forest of green escape ... These actions
reflect the importance that nature takes recently in urban architecture. Most
often these achievements are controlled by some cities that have made the plant
one of their priorities. More original still, it is possible to create green
walls for interior....
